Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was very spacious compared to other hotels I 've stayed at in Europe, but sleeping in the bed was very uncomfortable, like sleeping on a table. The service was friendly and helpful, though there were some issues with being treated poorly initially. The location was near the center of the city, which was perfect, but a bit of a walk to the Oktoberfest fairgrounds. The dining was ok, but not worth the high price. The lack of air conditioning in the rooms was a downside.
The hotel offers very reasonably priced rooms that are very clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The staff can be quite unhelpful and unfriendly, especially in dealing with issues. The location is conveniently close to public transportation but not outstanding. The dining options are diverse but may come with some mix-ups. Overall, a value-for-money stay with some shortcomings in service and dining experiences.
The hotel is ideally located close to transportation and major Munich attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there were some issues with being asked for additional money. The dining options were pricey but satisfactory, and the rooms, despite a slight smoking smell, were well-equipped for a comfortable stay.
